Average unit volume CAGR of 24%, leveraged via organic sales growth, new digital transactions, and price engineering led the path to success. Developed numerous technology enhancements to drive unit revenue including an e-commerce site, rewards app, 3rd party delivery, Point of Sale, and data analytics (dashboards). Grew both average unit volume and unit count during the COVID-19 period. Integral with the company sale in December 2021, followed by systems integration in 2022. The company sold for 1 billion dollars or 20X of adjusted EBITDA.
